The COMDA website offers a wide selection of quality promotional products at great prices. Our website now allows you to order multiple products in the same order! Simply add your imprint message then add your product to the cart and continue browsing the website for your next product.

Submitting Artwork & Proofing

Our goal is to make sure your advertising message looks great on the products you order. We make submitting your artwork and imprint instructions easy on the COMDA website. All of the artwork steps happen on the product page, prior to adding to the cart! We provide several lines for you to type in your advertising message, such as business name, phone number, and address. You may also select different imprint options. Optionally, you may also upload your logo or artwork at this step. Please use the comment box to provide any specific instructions that you would like our team to take into consideration.

If you need help preparing your ideal advertising message, COMDA offers Free In-House Design Services. Once we have prepared your artwork, you will be emailed for approval prior to production. This is usually within 24-48 hours of order receipt.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the United States and Canada. We take pride in making sure our customers receive their orders on-time. COMDA's primary freight partner is Federal Express. After your artwork has been approved and products have been imprinted with your advertising message, we will ship your product to the shipping address on your order.

Freight quotes are conveniently available in the shopping cart by using your zip/postal code. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are quoted and approved by customer service before processing.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

COMDA accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). COMDA offers great value to our customers with excellent everyday low prices and our exclusive Gorrila Guarantee. Find a cheaper identical product within 14 days of making your order we'll give you a credit for the difference - and give you a Comda Promo Coupon worth $25. Excludes certain electronics and dated items. To take advantage of the Gorilla Price Guarantee, you must submit a claim by calling our customer service department at 1-800-387-7702 or emailing us at csemail@comda.com. The claim will be verified by our customer service representatives, and you will be contacted with respect to the validity of your claim within 72 hours.

Viewing Orders

We will provide all order status notifications via the email address that is on your order(s). You may view your past orders on the COMDA website, however the order status will not be updated here. If you have a question about your order(s), please contact our customer service department at 1-800-387-7702 or emailing us at csemail@comda.com with your order number(s) available.

Sample Requests

If you would like to place a request for a product sample, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-387-7702 or emailing us at csemail@comda.com and they will be happy to assist.

Returns & Replacements

Returns for defective orders are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your order. COMDA will replace the entire order at no cost if the products or the imprint is defective and has not been worn, used, or damaged. In addition, if the merchandise was shipped to you in error or arrived damaged or defective, we will credit your account for normal ground freight for the return, if a return shipment is requested.

If you need to request a return, please notify our customer service department at the email or phone number below with your order number(s) available. We will issue you a return authorization number (RMA number) and, if required, we will provide instructions and the location of where to return your product to.

Please enclose a copy of the original packing slip with the return, indicating on the reverse of the packing slip the reason for the return or the exchange requested. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your order number. Please ship your returned package via a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping address will be issued if return shipping is required.

No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns. Sorry, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized promotional items. Due to the nature of the promo product business, items that have been imprinted cannot be accepted for returns. However, COMDA.COM will always do whatever we can to fix any issues that you have with your order.

Window of Returns

Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 30 days from receipt of order.

  1. Incorrect Items
    If you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us and we will do our best to fix your issues.
  2. Required Condition of Returned Items
    Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
  3. Receiving Your Refund
    Method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase.
