There are countless opportunities for small businesses to support community activities while also promoting their businesses. Don’t wait for groups to come looking for you. Try seeking out some of the local teams, groups and events which could benefit from your support while also affording you a unique opportunity to get your business message out to your customers and prospects.

As the days grow longer and warmer, there will no doubt be many special events and activities in and around your neighborhood. Consider golf tournaments, church picnics, and county fairs. Local minor league sports teams or school groups are also looking to local companies for support and would welcome your help.
