User Friendly Interface
Overall we have improved the website interface to make it more user friendly. We are continuing to revamp many product descriptions to include more information about each of our products, tips for how they can best be used, and how to maximize the efficacy of your promotional message. Our new quick view allows you to glance over important information without having to go into each product page, saving you time and making comparing products a breeze. We have uploaded 100+ videos to our gallery to show you these products in action, and have included the top F.A.Q to help answer your questions. Lastly we have improved our search parameters to help you find the right products. You can, for example, now organize your search by price to find the right product that best fits your budget.
Multi-product Checkout
Once you have selected your products, our site now has the capability of allowing you to check out multiple products from different categories. Previously, orders had to be placed separately according to product type. For example if you wanted to order calendars and apparel you would have to place an order for the calendars, check out and create a new order for your apparel. Those days are now the past so you can now create custom product bundles with ease!
My Account
Once your order has been placed, you will be able to view and track the status more efficiently under My Account. You will also be able to save multiple shipping addresses, so if youve got multiple locations across different cities or states, it is now easier to ship to all locations.
As we approach our 50th anniversary, we strive to continuously improve our products and our services and provide you with updates to your shopping experience. Although we are moving towards a more digital way of conducting commerce, our Account Managers are still here to assist you with your order process.
