This year, COMDA celebrates 45 years of service to its customers across North America. While that makes all of us very proud, what does it mean for you, our valued customers?
First, and most important, this means that we have built up a team of seasoned professionals in every aspect of our business. These are the staff that we rely on to maintain our high standards of production and customer service. They are the reason we can make our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, unique in our business!
Secondly, we have developed our sourcing and production over the years to the point where we are confident we can offer our customers the lowest pricing on the market. This allows us to extend our Gorilla Guarantee under which we will not only match a competitor’s lowest price, we’ll beat it by 10%.
Finally, we all know talk is cheap. There’s many a competitor who tries to make big promises but then comes up with all sorts of excuses if you hold them to it. Over our 45 years, we have built a reputation for quality, service, honesty and reliability. Over half of our staff have been with us for five years or more, some as many as 40 years plus! And more than half of our customers have been with us for five years or more – and many of them for decades.
